Our standard upper weight limit is 12 stone.
All riding hats have to comply with the latest BS standard, All PAS 015 and VG1 (either must be kitemarked). If you bring your own we will check that it meets this standard. If it does not, we will require you to wear a RHEC hat which you can hire from us for £2. You can find out more about our Safety Equipment Policy here.
Loose trousers or thick leggings are most comfortable for riding. Tight jeans can be restricting. You will need to wear flat shoes or boots with a small heel – not wellingtons or trainers. We have a small selection of boots in limited sizes that you can hire from us for free.
