Marketing and Customer Service Executive
This person will:
Manage social media including taking photos, writing and boosting posts, placing adverts.
Write marketing materials such as leaflets and posters and organise design and print
Write e newsletters and manage the marketing database
Write press releases and make contact with journalists to run stories in the press.
Provide customer support and communications via telephone, email and face to face.
Working environment and hours
Working at a busy equestrian centre will mean working both in the office and outside with customers and staff.
Normal working hours will be Monday to Friday 9 – 5 but some hours outside this and the occasional day working at the weekend in order to meet customers on our busiest days will be required.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience with horses is essential.
You will have at least 2 years marketing experience
You will have good communication skills and be confident talking to a range of customers.
This may be a part time or full time job. Salary is between FTE £20,000 and £26,000 depending on experience. You will be working for a marketing manager who will provide on the job training.
