We specialise in “mixed method learning” which combines proven equine assisted learning with a traditional coaching and classroom approach. The element of experiential learning increases engagement and employees leave with strategies and a targeted plan that they can apply at work.

Horses help us to…
Learn and adjust. Horses are highly sensitive and intuitive. Working with them provides immediate feedback on the way our emotional states and actions affect others. They are very powerful tools for understanding how individual behaviour can affect team dynamics and vice versa.
Persuade. Horses are happy to follow, but only if they sense a strong connection with their leader and have a clear sense of positive intent and purpose. Participants experience this first hand resulting in clarity and insight into their own and others’ leadership styles.
How it works…
Pre course consultation: each course is tailored to your needs.
On the day – Part 1: interactive, classroom-based activity to focus participants on the intended outcomes e.g. leadership styles, individual behaviours and motivators and/or communication patterns.
On the day – Part 2: theory is put into practice as participants convince a half-tonne, flight animal to follow them round an obstacle course.
On the day – Part 3: team and individual reflection and creation of action plans.
Post course evaluation: with you to measure business benefits.
